All upcoming RHS activities need to be posted to the RHS Online Event Calendar FIRST, before announcing them on the QMB, or via other venues. Please submit activities a minimum of 21 days ahead of the event to allow for invitations and RSVPs. See Calendar helps and how to’s here: http://forum.redhatsociety.com/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=320
An "event or activity" is defined as any time RHS members get together to play. This includes Queen's Councils, Conventions, HOOTs, QMB gatherings and get-togethers, play days, going to the theatre or the fair, etc., etc., etc.
*SAVE THE DATE* posts will be removed once event details have been posted to the Calendar. |
